Yes, you read correctly. THREE ingredients for these amazing salted caramel bliss balls. (excluding the coconut and chopped pepitas I have used to make them look pretty).
Can you guess what they are?
The ingredients are simple, easy to buy and do not require going to a health food store and spending the equivalent to an entire grocery shop on 1-2 items. If you're looking for a simple, and super easy bliss ball recipe then this is it!
The even better news is the ingredients are refined sugar free, satisfying, and nourishing. The recipe will take you almost no time at all so you can easily whip these up on a Sunday in preparation for the week ahead, or if you quickly need some treats for guests coming over.

I won't hold you in suspense any longer, so here is the recipe.
1 cup almond meal
1 cup dates (soaked for 10 mins in boiling water)
1/4 tsp salt (I use pink himalayan salt)
Process all ingredients together and then roll into balls.
Store in the fridge.
*To make mine look pretty I have rolled mine in finely chopped shredded coconut and pepitas but this is definitely not necessary. They're just as delicious without.
Enjoy,
Melissa x
